ZTE Repair & Return Center (ZRRC) was set up in September 2002. It is committed to providing satisfactory services for customers with first-class technologies and facilities.

ZRRC provides global repair and spare parts management service solutions: Repair service, Spare parts management service, Logistics and Support service.

The quality system is based on TL9000. ZRRC has powerful electronic information systems. The information of all spare parts is shared to meet the requirements of global network maintenance, and the return and repair progress can be exactly tracked.

ZRRC is staffed with a large number of experienced engineers and technicians, and equipped with advanced instruments from world famous vendors and special test devices researched and designed by ZTE. ZRRC can set up online testing environments similar to customers' networks on site. Thanks to abundant technical resources and rich expertise, ZRRC is able to repair all kinds of products, such as switching/access, CDMA, optical transport, GSM, DSL, NGN, IPTV, power supply, etc.

As ZTE's international business expands, regional or local repair centers will be built to localize our repair services as quickly as possible.
