1. Acknowledgement and acceptance of "Terms of Service"

   ZTE Corporation reserves the property and operative right of all services provided by ZTE Corporation Chinese/English Websites (ZTE Web Site in short). After the User completes the registration procedure and clicks on "Agree", it indicates that the User has reached an agreement with ZTE Corporation and accepted all Terms of Service.

2. ZTE services overview

   ZTE Corporation uses its own operation system to provide free-of-charge BBS system via Internet, where the User could paste his own opinions and also view the remarks posted by other Users. The User shall default his registered name as his website access identity. And he is legally responsible for the message he has posted in ZTE Web Site via Internet. If the User distributes or spreads any message that is reactive, erotic or illegal, ZTE Web Site system may save it as a proof of breaking law. Hereby, the User shall agree on terms as follows:

   • Provide detailed, correct and at-all-time current personal data.
   • Update registered personal data and make sure it keeps being real time, detailed and correct. All initially-entered information will be quoted by ZTE website as registration information.
   • Upon registration, the User will be provided with a password and ID number. The User himself is fully responsible for his ID number and password.

   The User can also accept other information provisions through ZTE Web Site, such as subscription and Talents Club.

3. User management

   The User is responsible for individual distribution contents, so the User shall abide by the local laws, the national laws and the international conventions applicable to communities as follows:

   • Message distribution should comply with related laws and regulations.
   • Never use ZTE Web Site provisions for illegal purpose.
   • Never interfere or disturb the network service.
   • Conform to all ZTE Web Site network terms, regulations and procedures

   As ZTE Web Site sends and receives messages through Internet, the User's initiative direction should be in accordance with relevant national Internet codes, policies and procedures.

   • Never distribute advertising or unsolicited emails (so-called "Spam") such as lottery, chain letter, online money-making, pictures of beauties or similar contents.
   • Never upload unsolicited repetitions. If an unsolicited message is repeatedly uploaded over 10 times, it is regarded as malicious manner of use.
   • Never transmit or upload any illegal, vulgar and bawdry data , or harm, harass, terrify, libel and abuse other persons in particular minors, or infringe their personal rights.
   • Never transmit any data which may abet other persons to commit crime.
   • Never transmit any documentation unfavourable to the stability and security of the country!
   • Never distribute data not in accordance with local laws, national laws and international conventions. ZTE may deny access to the ZTE Web Site at any time, in particular if the User breaches any obligation arising from "Terms of Use".

4. Copyright of ZTE website information

   All information, brand names and other contents of the ZTE Web Site are proprietarily owned by the original writers and ZTE Corporation. They can not be changed, copied, reproduced, sold, rented, used, supplemented or otherwise used in any other way without the prior written permission of ZTE.

   This "Terms of Use" is subject to law interpretations of People's Republic of China.
